Any1 know a good british ISP? im useing Bt atmo but gonna change as they suck so bad.

I've had no probs with virgin 20meg, but I've heard they don't like illegal downloading and bittorrents, good for gaming though...

tbh - I have had BT and they sucked balls.

I am now with O2 (BeUnlimited) and they are superb. Supposed to get down, up to 20 Meg but get on average 54ish and up of about 1.5 average.

nice speeds, mine are ok but my BT has problems were it randomly cuts out etc or my ping gets realy bad. (like 200-300ms)

i want to cry :( I'm currently still using a USB stick to get onto the net till me and Jenny move into our new flat. if I try anything interesting my USB stick cires, melts slightly, unpluggs intself and runs away

If ya line from house to exchange is old copper, then you only get lower transfer, and also distance from ya house to exchange makes difference if copper too.

What I meaning is with same ISP someone else wont necesarily get same upload speed as you.
