Why Boss? I think Boss will be one if not the Best guild in the Server with the best players.
Who can vouch for you in Boss? Rachira and Nofearz. I know them a long time since WoW.
Last guilds name and reason for leaving? Well my last guild was in WoW... I left cause we disbanded.(not relative but i have to answer i guess)

Yes i know that guy he is good and loves to play a lot i vote for him.He listen to any orders will be given from the guild , a mature guy without causing any droubles.
