"Fixed a bug that was causing diminishing returns on stats to not calculate correctly. Players will now see less effectiveness when stacking a single stat excessively high. Additionally stats that have hit the "soft cap" for diminishing returns will now be displayed in gold on the character sheet, making it easier for players to see when they have hit the "soft cap". " I looked around abit on teh gret intarweb and found that the soft caps is effective from abit over 1050 stat points. The way it works is that say you got 1050 str and equip a +60 str item, then youll have like 1080 str instead of 1110. Got no idea how much decrease in statgain from items you get once youve hit the soft cap though. Oh.. and the gear system is completely changed. Read up on the patchnotes. Officer Quartermaster - T4 RvR: * Officer Quartermasters can be found in the Marketplace of the Capital City or the Guild Tavern. * Officer Quartermasters will now sell the Annihilator RvR armor set. * Officer Quartermasters will now sell the Conqueror RvR armor set. * Officer Quartermasters will now sell T4 RvR healing and AP potions. Royal Quartermaster - T4+ RvR: * Royal Quartermasters can be found in the Palace of the Capital City or the Guild Tavern. * Royal Quartermasters will now sell the Invader RvR armor set. * Royal Quartermasters will now sell select pieces of the Warlord RvR armor set. * Royal Quartermasters will now sell select pieces of the Sovereign RvR armor set. * Royal Quartermasters will now sell Tier 4+ RvR healing and AP potions. |
