I'm using http://www.wardb.com/item.aspx?id=476576 stopped using it because some ppl said it only gave a melee crit. But after some testing i can conclude it works for ranged - and if it procs and u already have 20% crit(10% + assumed 10% base crit) then for 9 seconds I crit 1 in 2 shots so increasing parry, dodge, disrupt would increase this proc.
