no update 1st .... then next to the update Button should be one say Continue to pre order ...
do not press PRe Order in the up screen .

According to forums (havnt found official) there was only 5000 preorder slots available.
More copys available on release day, the 25th. Starting to think may be worth waiting a week or two after release as can see there being insane issues.
