Drauge, Funcom raid scripter wrote:

1. Get a group together (using normal means)
2. Right click the "Players and PvP window" in the top left corner, there is a "Create raid" option, press it.
3. Have your other friends group up, and select their group leader.
4. Right click him, and select invite to raid.
